Advice from our HoReCa Specialist

Charlotte Whitfield

Country Manager United Kingdom · Verified HoReCa Specialist

  • ✓
Ideal venue & placement: Position your A-board or menu stand at a slight angle to pedestrian flow at your entrance so guests approaching from either direction can read your daily offer effortlessly.
  • ✓
Service autonomy & durability: Keep A-board copy focused on 3 to 4 high-impact lines written with broad 7–15 mm Securit® markers so the headline and price read clearly from a distance.
  • ✓
Specialist table pairing tip: On illuminated LED menu stands, use the magnetic backing and lockable front frame to swap printed A4 menu sheets in under a minute before service starts.
— Kind regards, Charlotte — Manchester.

Key points

  • Lacquered hevea hardwood
  • Generous 580 × 1000 mm writing surface
  • Steady 10.2 kg footprint
  • Double-sided sandwich board

In your venue

Dark, lacquered hevea wood that stops foot traffic in its tracks.

Set this A-frame sign board out on the pavement the moment you open, and watch passers-by slow down to read the day's specials. Its warm dark-brown hevea finish reads as premium next to your terrace tables, doing the welcoming before your staff even say hello. And to keep service flowing, it pairs naturally with Chalk markers for signage.

  • Lacquered hevea hardwood

the dark-brown frame is built from hard wood with a lacquered hevea finish, giving the kind of solid, hospitable look that suits a restaurant or café front.

  • Generous 580 × 1000 mm writing surface

a large melamine resin panel on each side gives you room to chalk out menus, daily specials and offers that read clearly from the kerb.

  • Steady 10.2 kg footprint

at 700 × 1200 × 600 mm and just over ten kilos, this sidewalk A-frame stands its ground on a busy terrace without being a chore to bring in at close.

  • Double-sided sandwich board

two writing panels mean you catch foot traffic coming from both directions, turning the pavement into your busiest advertising spot.

The detail that matters

The melamine resin panels take chalk and liquid-chalk markers beautifully and wipe back clean, so you can rewrite the menu as often as the kitchen changes its mind.
