Advice from our HoReCa Specialist

Charlotte Whitfield

Country Manager United Kingdom · Verified HoReCa Specialist

  • ✓
Ideal venue & placement: Position your A-board or menu stand at a slight angle to pedestrian flow at your entrance so guests approaching from either direction can read your daily offer effortlessly.
  • ✓
Service autonomy & durability: Keep A-board copy focused on 3 to 4 high-impact lines written with broad 7–15 mm Securit® markers so the headline and price read clearly from a distance.
  • ✓
Specialist table pairing tip: On illuminated LED menu stands, use the magnetic backing and lockable front frame to swap printed A4 menu sheets in under a minute before service starts.
— Kind regards, Charlotte — Manchester.

Key points

  • Naturally rustic wood frame
  • Generous 580 × 940 mm writing surface
  • Stable double-sided footprint
  • Made in the Netherlands

In your venue

Rustic wood, vintage grey — the sidewalk sign that stops people mid-stride.

Set it by the door each morning and your terrace suddenly has a voice: today's specials, the new flat white, a brunch deal scrawled in chalk. With its naturally rustic wood frame in vintage grey, this A-frame sidewalk sign turns idle passers-by into seated customers without saying a word out loud. And to keep service flowing, it pairs naturally with Chalk markers for signage.

  • Naturally rustic wood frame

built from wood, melamine resin and metal, with a weathered vintage grey finish that feels at home outside a café or bistro.

  • Generous 580 × 940 mm writing surface

plenty of room to chalk up your menu, your specials or a welcome message that reads clearly from across the street.

  • Stable double-sided footprint

at 745 × 1350 × 800 mm and 11.6 kg, the A-frame stands firm on the pavement and works the crowd from both directions.

  • Made in the Netherlands

produced in Europe and shipped flat in 100% recyclable cardboard packaging.

The detail that matters

The 11.6 kg weight gives this sandwich board real presence on a busy terrace — solid enough to hold its spot, yet light enough to bring inside at closing time.

A genuine Securit® product distributed by Montandor, covered by the 2-year legal warranty and shipped from France.
