Advice from our HoReCa Specialist

Charlotte Whitfield

Country Manager United Kingdom · Verified HoReCa Specialist

  • ✓
Ideal venue & placement: Print inserts on 120–170 gsm paper stock so sheets slide smoothly into acrylic holders or snap frames without curling under warm dining room lighting.
  • ✓
Service autonomy & durability: Use double-sided tabletop acrylic holders to display lunch specials or dessert pairings on one side and cocktail or QR-code menus on the reverse.
  • ✓
Specialist table pairing tip: On wall-mounted snap frames, flip open the four spring-loaded aluminium profiles from the front to swap posters in under 15 seconds without removing the frame from the wall.
— Kind regards, Charlotte — Manchester.

Securit® A4 Tabletop Poster Stand – Clear Acrylic — Securit® — In use
In situ — table service

Key points

  • Double-sided display
  • Crystal-clear acrylic
  • A4 vertical format
  • Light and stable

In your venue

Your A4 menu, upright and crystal-clear on every table.

On a busy lunch service, guests need to spot the daily specials at a glance, not hunt for a folded sheet. This tabletop poster stand holds an A4 sheet vertically, double-sided, so the table next to yours reads it just as clearly as your own. And to keep service flowing, it pairs naturally with Inserts & posters.

Securit® A4 Tabletop Poster Stand – Clear Acrylic — Securit®

  • Double-sided display

one stand shows your menu, promotion or wine list to guests on either side, doubling visibility without doubling your hardware.

  • Crystal-clear acrylic

the transparent styrene panel keeps the focus on your printed sheet, with nothing to distract from the message.

  • A4 vertical format

sized at 210 × 300 × 85 mm to present a standard A4 page upright, ideal for portrait menus and table notices.

  • Light and stable

at just 280 g with a wide T-shaped base, it stays put on the table yet lifts and resets in a second.

The detail that matters

Made from transparent styrene, it's built for indoor tabletop use where a clean, distortion-free read matters most — slot the sheet in and the A4 table display stand does the rest.

A genuine Securit® product, distributed by Montandor with a 2-year legal warranty and shipped from France.

Are Securit® products under warranty?+

Every Securit® product carries the EU two-year legal warranty of conformity.

How does this Securit® hospitality equipment help increase restaurant and café turnover?+

By strengthening menu visibility at reception, spotlighting high-demand daily specials on every table, and creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits.

Why does my acrylic display look frosted or tinted when unpacked?+

Every Securit® acrylic panel ships with a protective peel-off film on both sides to prevent transit scratches. Peel it back from a corner to reveal crystal-clear acrylic.

How do I clean acrylic menu holders without clouding the surface?+

Use a clean damp microfiber cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid paper towels and alcohol/ammonia sprays, which can craze acrylic over time.

How quickly can staff swap out promotional sheets?+

Tabletop slide-in holders and front-opening wall snap frames allow paper swaps in a few seconds with zero tools required.

How can I check the shipping options and rates for my venue address?+

Official Montandor Andorra distribution. Live shipping options and rates for your delivery address are calculated in real time at checkout, with free shipping above the cart threshold.

Do you offer volume tier discounts or custom quotes for multi-site hospitality groups?+

Yes, automatic unit, inner-pack, and master-carton tier pricing is displayed directly on the product page, and our hospitality specialist prepares tailored volume quotes in chat.
