Advice from our HoReCa Specialist

Charlotte Whitfield

Country Manager United Kingdom · Verified HoReCa Specialist

  • ✓
Ideal venue & placement: Prime every new liquid chalk marker by shaking it vigorously for 20 seconds with the cap on, then pressing the nib gently on scrap paper until the ink flows evenly.
  • ✓
Service autonomy & durability: Pair a fine 1–2 mm bullet nib (SMA100) for prices and allergen notes with a 2–6 mm chisel nib (SMA510) or 7–15 mm broad nib (SMA720) for bold daily-special headings.
  • ✓
Specialist table pairing tip: On heavily used boards, spray Securit® Chalkboard Cleaner and wipe with a clean microfiber cloth to lift all pigment residue without ghosting.
— Kind regards, Charlotte — Manchester.

Key points

  • Liquid chalk, vivid finish
  • One tip, two weights
  • Made for the long haul
  • Smart bulk buy

In your venue

Bright orange that stays sharp through every service.

On a busy café counter, this orange liquid chalk pen is the colour you reach for when the daily special needs to leap off a black board. Its rectangular tip swings from a fine 7mm line for the smaller print to a bold 15mm stroke for the headline price, all without swapping pens mid-rush. And to keep service flowing, it pairs naturally with Slates to write on.

  • Liquid chalk, vivid finish

the orange ink lays down opaque and clean, wiping off non-porous boards so you can rewrite the menu as often as service demands.

  • One tip, two weights

the 7-15mm rectangular nib gives you fine detail or a fat headline simply by turning the marker, keeping your board lettering versatile.

  • Made for the long haul

built in Japan at a compact 155mm length and just 60g, it sits easily in the hand for sign after sign.

  • Smart bulk buy

supplied loose in packs, it's the practical way to keep every station stocked for intensive daily use.

The detail that matters

Liquid chalk performs best on smooth, non-porous surfaces such as glass, acrylic and sealed chalkboards — always test a corner before writing on a new board to be sure it wipes clean.
